Advances in research on the relationship between Notch signaling pathway and tumor
摘要
Abstract
Cancer was the leading cause of death in humans and the incidence of tumor increased year by year.Despite advances in surgery,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy,we still cant get a satisfactory result.Novel therapeutic strategies are desperately needed.Nowadays,cancer targeted therapy has become the most promising treatment.There is some evidence demonstrating that the Notch signaling pathway is critically involved in the pathobiology of a variety of malignancies.Notch signal pathway inhibitors in tumor targeting therapy applied was currently in its infancy.In this review,we study the key mechanism and new data of Notch signaling pathway in various tumor,summarized the latest progress of Notch signaling pathway targeted therapy.关键词
