戟叶酸模木脂素苷的研究
A study of the lignan glycosides from Rumex hastatus
摘要
Abstract
This phytochemical investigation on the chemical constituents from ethanol extracts of Rumex hastatus has led to the isolation of six lignan glycosides by using chromatography, which are characterized as schizandriside (1), ( -) -isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (2), ( +) -5-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside ( 3 ) , ( -) -5 -methoxyisolariciresinol -9 -O -β -D -xylopyranoside ( 4 ) , lyoniside (5), and nudiposide (6) based on the detailed spectral analysis. It is very noteworthy that all the compounds have been obtained from this plant for the first time.关键词
