多气阀气动发动机设计及特性分析
Design and Characteristic Analysis for Multi-valve Air Powered Vehicle

Abstract
With the serious worldwide environmental problem,the air powered vehicle as the clean energy power device has been paid more attention.However,the poor energy efficiency and low output power have seriously effect on the development of the air powered vehicle.Firstly,we analyze the energy loss during the working process and propose a new kind of air powered vehicle with multi-valve.Moreover,a mathematical model of the air powered vehicle is built and verified by the experimental study.To obtain more precise mathematical model,the relationship of the error,rotational speed and supply pressure are applied.Based on the modified model,the output torque and energy efficiency are obtained.The results show that if the supply pressure is set at 2 MPa,under the same structure parameters,the output torque of the multi-valve air powered vehicle is higher than that of the single valve air power vehicle by 26.2 N · m to 41.9 N · m.The working efficiency of the multi-valve air powered vehicle is higher than that of the single valve air power vehicle by 8% ~ 10%.关键词
