摘要

Abstract

With the pre-valve compensation,the load-sensitive system is not able to distribute the flow proportionally according to the throttle-opening of the multi-way valve of every actuator in the case of flow-saturation,which affects the coordination of the actuator's compound action seriously.So a method is proposed to achieve the anti-flowsaturation of the system by flow calculation.On this basis,the load-sensitive (LS) anti-flow-saturation model of is built in the AMESim.The conclusion of the simulation shows that when it adopts flow calculation,the pre-valve compensation load-sensitive system can distribute the flow proportionally according to the throttle-opening of the multi-way valve of every actuator in the case of flow-saturation,so that the coordination of the compound action is guaranteed.It can provide theoretical reference for solving the practical problem of flow saturation of the pre-valve compensation load-sensitive system.
