摘要

Abstract

In order to better realize the energy recovery of the compound action of the boom and the turntable of the hydraulic excavator,we compare the energy recovery system under different recovery methods.In the software AMESim,the hydraulic,electric and electro-hydraulic coordinated energy recovery system simulation models are built respectively.Through simulation analysis and comprehensive comparison,a hydraulic excavator electro-hydraulic coordinated energy recovery system based on accumulator-hydraulic motor-generator is presented.The results show that the energy recovery rate of the system is 45.47% and the energy reuse rate reaches 47.37%.The system energy consumption is small,and the energy recovery and recycling efficiency is high.The system can better achieve the boom and turntable compound action when the energy recovery.
