摘要

Abstract

A 6 mm three-position four-way vale is designed.The position of the spool relative to the valve body can be changed by rotary motion,to realize oil circulating,cutting and reversing,to meet the working requirements.The strength and pressure loss are analyzed to complete the structural design of the rotary type valve spool.The flow characteristics of the rotary valve are obtained by the CFD method.After the rotary valve is processed,we take compare the experimental results with the simulation resultswhich are almost identical.
