Abstract
A multi-parameter diagnosis method of oil is proposed to research the influence of pollution factors on the dielectric constant.The viscosity and the density of the hydraulic oil,and the threshold of the three parameters at 40 degrees are obtained.An information fusion technology is used to establish the model of oil quality diagnosis.The experimental results show that the dielectric constant,the viscosity and the density change significandy with the variation of temperature.The three parameters can reflect the variations of the water ratio and the acid value from different aspects,which can be used as the basis for judging the failure of the hydraulic oil.The research on the relationship between oil pollution factors and multiple parameters can guarantee the comprehensiveness and the reliability of monitoring information.关键词
