摘要

Abstract

Due to the high energy density,compact structure and low noise,the electro-hydraulic control system is widely used in the industrial equipment.To the system with variable displacement pump driven by a constant speed electric motor,its electric motor and pump are selected to meet the system's maximum power and match the cylinder speed.Thus,the energy efficiency of the motor is low under partial load,even only 15%.And the pump often works under small displacement condition,which reduces the energy efficiency of the electro-hydraulic power source.In or der to solve these problems,a variable speed motor drive quantitative pump scheme is proposed,and a multi-chamber cylinder is introduced to improve the system energy efficiency.According to the performance of the electro-hydraulic power source,the small area chamber and big area chamber are selected under low and high power need.
