牡丹籽饼对獭兔生产性能、消化性能及毛皮质量的影响
Effects of Peony Seed Cake on Growth Performance,Digestive Performance and Fur Quality of Rex Rabbits

Abstract
64 rabbits of 2-month-old were randomly divided into 4 groups. Rex rabbits in group A were fed a basal diet,and the group B,C and D were fed the diets with different levels of peony seed cake(4%,8% and 12%,respectively). The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed that the average daily gain in group Cwas the highest and the feed consumption in group D was the highest,both which were significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio in group C was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate in group D was the lowest and the mortality rate in group C was the highest. The apparent digestibility of dry matter and the apparent digestibility of crude protein were significantly higher that in group A,B and D(P<0.05). The fur length in group A was the highest,and the fur density in group C was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05). The pelt thickness and pelt surface area in group D were the highest. In summary,the peony seed cake could improve the growth performance,the apparent digestibility of nutrients,and the quality of the Rex rabbits. Overall consideration,the diet with 8 % peony seed cake had the best effect for Rex rabbits. And the diet with 12% of peony seed cake could effectively reduce the diarrhea rate of Rex rabbits.关键词
