Current situation,development difficulties and suggestions of Chinese rape industry
摘要
Abstract
After the cancelation of rape store policy in 2015,rapeseed prices keep falling in domestic market,and farmers,willingness and area of rapeseed cultivation of have dropped.In order to analyze the current problems of rapeseed industry in China,some suggestions on the development of Chinese rape industry by combing the present situation,predicament and cause of rape industry,are put forwarded.Currently domestic rapeseed industry faces with the problems of increased production costs and decreased produce prices,which leading to the decline of rape production and the frustration of farmers planting enthusiasm.There are two reasons for this phenomenon:A large number of imported low-price rapeseed has strong impact on domestic rapeseed market,which resulting in the depresses domestic rapeseed product prices and squeezing the domestic rapeseed industry development space;The small rapeseed management scale and low degree of mechanization in China make rapeseed production cost relatively high and the rapeseed industry lacking of market competitiveness.Suggestions such as,establishing a production protected area to protect the basic capacity of production of rape,developing rapeseed versatility to improve product value,improving rapeseed futures mechanism and promoting diversification of imports to resolve market risk are made in this study.关键词
