中文版淋巴瘤患者生命质量测定量表的信效度评价
Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy-Lymphoma

Abstract
Objective To test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy -Lymphoma (FACT-Lym).Methods From March to August 2016,a total of 218 lymphoma patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Henan Province Cancer Hospital were enrolled by using convenience sampling method and investigated by using the Chinese version of FACT-Lym.Fifty patients were randomly selected for questionnaire retest four weeks later.Reliability analysis was performed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest reliability.Validity analysis was tested by using content validity,construct validity,criterion related validity and discriminant validity.Results Cronbach's alpha coefficient of Chinese version of FACT-Lym total scale was 0.836,and retest reliability was 0.923 (P ＜ 0.01).The expert content validity index (S-CVI) of the scale was 0.91,and the expert content validity index (I-CVI) of each item was 0.80-1.00.Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) showed that KMO =0.749,Bartlett's spherical test x2 =1 925.533,P ＜ 0.001.Four common factors were extracted,the cumulative contribution rate was 70.621％.The quality of life core scale as calibration,Spearman correlation analysis showed that the Chinese version of the FACT-Lym total score and the function of quality of life core scale and overall quality of life dimensions were both positively correlated (rs =0.423-0.628,P ＜ 0.01),and negatively correlated with symptom dimensions (rs =-0.684--0.251,P ＜ 0.05).There were significant differences in Chinese version of FACT-Lym scores among different disease states,Ann Arbor staging,and ECOG score of lymphoma patients (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Chinese version of FACT-Lym has better reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of Chinese lymphoma patients.关键词
