摘要
Abstract
In recent 20 years,hernia and abdominal wall surgery in China have rapidly developed and made considerable progress,particularly with regard to the accumulation of experience in clinical operation,which have established a high status globally.Chinese surgeons have updated the concept of "Hernia",and the awareness of "Hernia Disease" has been creeping in the field of general surgery.Especially,the treatment of inguinal hernia has reached international advanced level.The case number of inguinal hernia surgery is beyond 1 million,and the system has already established in basic research,guidelines,operation methods,material progress,accumulation and statistics of data,and quality control,etc.However,there are still a number of challenges and problems to be solved.For example,the operation is intended to not only cure hernia,it is more important to improve patient's life quality,reduce serious complications,and reduce mortality.Does it need to stricter inguinal hernia operation indication? Is it necessary for more closely "watchful waiting"? How should we provide training to standardize inguinal hernia surgery ? How to choose materials for the purpose of reducing complications with the increasingly use of mesh? The ratio of laparoscopic hernia surgery is growing rapidly.How should we reexamine the procedure? How to do a better job to prevent complications after surgery? All of the above issues are worthy of further discussion.关键词
