Abstract
the operation of tension-free hernia repair is the main method for inguinal hernia.The procedure can reduce the recurrence rate,but at the same time it also result in new problems which bother surgeon much more at present.The complications include infection,pain,seroma,hematoma,recurrence,abdominal compartment syndrome and so on.The complications of mesh infection,pain and the recurrence are more common.These complications have the relation with the preoperative assessment,intraoperative operation,repairing methods,the materials and postoperative follow-up.According to those reason,the prevention treatment of the complications require enough preoperative assessment,intraoperative standard operating,as well as early detection and treatment.关键词
