腹腔镜腹壁疝修补术关闭疝环105例疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of laparoscopic ventral hernia repair with defect closure.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients who underwent laparoscopic ventral hernia repair with defect closure in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2010 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of all the 105 patients,there was no patient converted to open operation.The mean operation time was (102.6±41.9) minutes.The out-of-bed activity time after operatiom was (1.3±0.5) days,and the postoperative flatus time was (1.5±0.6) days.Fifteen patients required for analgetic within 3 days after operation (14.3％).The length of postoperative hospital stay was (4.2± 1.5) days.There was only 1 patient occurred intra-operative bowel injury (1.1％).Other compilications included 1 incomplete ileus (1.1％) and 2 wound infection (1.9％).A total of 92 patients were followed up for 4 to 69 months,and just 1 patient (1.1％)recurred.No complications of seroma formation,mesh bulging,mesh infection and chronic pain was found.Conclusion Laparoscopic ventral hernia repair with defect closure is safe and feasible,has fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.关键词
