会话分析在心理阻抗研究中的作用
The Function of Conversation Analysis in Studying Psychological Resistance
摘要
Abstract
Starting with the discussion of the relationship between conversation analysis and psychotherapy,the paper approaches resistance in psychotherapy from the perspective of conversation analysis.It is found that the production and coping of resistance are indeed a process of a dynamic negotiation between participants,following a specific structure.As a way of self-defense,resistance can sometimes reflect the visitor's active involvement in the therapy and represent a way of patients' efforts.It is proved that conversation analysis is an effective method for studying resistance and psychotherapy.关键词
