神经肌肉电刺激辅助针刺、语言训练治疗运动性失语症
The Clinical Study of Neuromuscular Stimulation Assisted Acupuncture and Language Training for Patients with Ischemic Stroke Aphasia

Abstract
Objective To carry on a clinical study of neuromuscular stimulation assisted acupuncture and language training for patients with ischemic stroke aphasia.Methods 85 patients with ischemic stroke aphasia enrolled in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2017,were divided into two groups randomly;control group (n=40) accepted acupuncture and language training treatment,and the study group (n=45) adopted neuromuscular stimulation based on the patients in control group.The language function and nerve injury recovery were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,The quality of life and clinical curative effect were evaluated between the two groups.The hemorheology indexes of all patients were detected before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,the language scores including reading,repeat,expression and name of study group were higher significantly than those patients in the control group (P＜0.05);and the NIHSS score of patients on study group was lower significantly than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The CADL-T score of patients in study group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).The indexes of low blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the study group were lower remarkably than those patients in the control group (P＜0.05).And the total efficiency of the study group was higher significantly than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Neuromuscular stimulation assisted acupuncture and language training for patients with ischemic stroke aphasia deserve more clinical application.This will not only have remarkable curative effect,but also relive the aphasia symptom and improve the recovery of language function.关键词
