摘要
Abstract
Objeetive To explore the effective way to improve speech intelligibility for hearing-impaired children and adults.Methods A total of 23 patients including prelingual deaf children and hearing-impaired adults,through self-designed questionnaire and face-to-face communication,using SIR speech intelligibility rating recorded speech intelligibility,received one year of intensive rehabilitation training on it and a linear model test.Results The 23 hearing-impaired subjects in accordance with the beginning of a semester,and end of a semeaster and end of a school year were analyzed by SIR to evaluate speech intelligibility,and obtained the following results:the mean first assessment was 2.826,the mean term assessment was 3.391,average year assessment was 4.391,And the effect is obvious.Conclusion Speech intelligibility of older children with hearing impairment and hearing-impaired adults after a year of intensive training have improved in this study.关键词
