摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application value of Synapsys balancer of static-dynamic state in balance and gait rehabilitation training of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods: 60 patients with PD were divided into control group (20cases), training group A (20cases) and training group B (20cases) as random number table. Patients of control group received routine care combined with drug treatment, and patients of training group A received exercising and hint training on the basis of the therapy of control group, and patients of training group B received training of balance and gait rehabilitation by using Synapsys balancer of static-dynamic state on the basis of the therapy of training group A. After 2 weeks of intervention, the 3-Dimensional gait analysis system was applied to evaluate the functional status, balanced capacity and gait characteristic of patients with PD of three groups. Results: Through rehabilitation training, the UPDRSIII scores of training group A and training group B were significantly lower than that of control group (t=4.823, t=7.065, P<0.05), respectively. The abnormal rates of static-dynamic state of training group A and training group B were significantly lower than that of control group (x2=6.942, x2=8.316, x2=5.615, x2=12.942, P<0.05), respectively. The BBS scores of training group A and training group B were significantly higher than that of control group (t=3.189, t=7.924, P<0.05), respectively. The stand percentage of training group B was higher than that of control group and training group A, and both of swing percentage and stride frequency of training group B were lower than that of control group and training group A, and the differences of stand percentage, swing percentage and stride frequency between training group B and control group were significant (t=6.056, t=7.289, t=5.516, P<0.05). Besides, the step size, step speed and step length of training group B were higher than that of control group and training group A, and the differences of all of these indicators between training group B and control group were significant (t=5.615, t=7.193, t=6.413, P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Synapsys balancer of static-dynamic state and nursing intervention has positive effect for enhancing balanced capacity and motor function of patients with PD. Therefore, it should be popularized and applied.关键词
