摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study curative effect analysis of suspended bed jointed vacuum-assisted wound closure for refractory wounds of patients with complex tissue injury. Methods: 60 patients with compound tissue injury were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to different treatment methods. The patients of control group received the therapy of vacuum-assisted wound closure, and the patients of observation group received suspended bed technique on the basis of the therapy of control group. Series of indicators of the two groups, such as wound healing time, use time of antibiotic, frequency of changing dressings, time of hospital stays, hospitalization expenses, life quality and satisfaction of patients, were compared and analyzed. Results: The wound healing time, use time of antibiotic and frequency of changing dressing of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (t=5.955, t=6.412, t=4.930, P<0.05). The time of hospital stays of observation group (22.8+7.3) d was significantly lower than that of control group (35.5+8.9)d (t=5.091, P<0.05). And the satisfaction of patients in observation group (83.33%) was significantly higher than that of control group (60.00%) (x2=4.022, P<0.05). After patients of each group received treatment, series of indicators in observation group, including physiological function, physiological role, body pain, social function, vitality, emotion role, mental health and general health, were significantly higher than that of control group (t=4.045, t=5.044, t=5.187, t=5.500, t=4.344, t=5.500, t=5.917, t=4.344, t=3.721, P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of suspended bed jointed vacuum-assisted wound closure for refractory wounds of patients with compound tissue injury is significance, and it is beneficial to promote getting well soon of patients and enhance their satisfaction and life quality.关键词
