卫生技术评估在医院层面的应用

Abstract
In order to improve the management level and the efficiency of fund utilization, health technology assessment (HTA) was carried out at the hospital. To search for the existed HTA report by the International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment or other channels, and search large of citing papers which were published since mini-HTA theory was proposed in 2005 year from medical literature searching service system PubMed. And all of them were further analyzed. At the same time, this paper introduced the current situation of domestic HTA, and discussed the practical application example. And then based on the existing condition, hospital carried out assessment by using mini-HTA theory. At the last, through depended on the characteristics of the project, used the conclusions of existed HTA report or assessed health technology by ourselves, the assessment can provide theoretical basis for decision.关键词
