星点设计-效应面法优化玄麦甘桔含片处方
Optimization of Formulation of Xuanmaiganjie Buccal Tablets by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective To optimize the formulation of Xuanmaiganjie Buccal Tablets. Methods The central composite design method was adopted to investigate the effects of the ratio of sucrose to corn starch,particle moisture and thickness of the tablets and other factors on the solubility and taste of the Xuanmaiganjie Buccal Tablets,the experimental data was fitted by multiple linear and quadratic poly-nomial equations,and the best prescription was optimized by combining the response surface method. Results In the optimized formula-tion,the ratio of sucrose to cornstarch was 5:1,the particle moisture was 3%,and the thickness of the tablet was 3 mm. The predicted value was close to the measured value. Conclusion The model established by central composite design-response surface methodology has good predictability,which can be used to optimize the formulation of Xuanmaiganjie Buccal Tablets.关键词
