Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pidotimod for treating mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on the expression of Foxp3 gene. Methods Totally 112 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,56 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and azithromycin,on this basis,the observation group was given pidotimod. After 30 d of treatment,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Another 50 healthy children volunteers were selected as the normal group,and the expression of Foxp3 gene was monitored by fluorescence quantitative PCR in the three groups. The regulatory T cells were detected by flow cytometry(FCM). Results After 30 d of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 86%,which was significantly higher than 82. 14% of the control group (P < 0. 05 ). Before treatment ,there was no significant difference in the expression of Foxp3 gene and the proportion of Treg cells between the observation group and the control group (P > 0. 05),but those in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P < 0. 05). After treatment,the increase of the expression of Foxp 3 gene and the proportion of Treg cells in the observation group and the control group was significantly higher than before treatment ,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pidomorph for treating children with mycoplasma pneumonia has good effect,it can significantly improve the expression of Foxp3 gene and the proportion of Treg cells and enhance immunity,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
