摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize extraction process of total polysaccharides from Ganshenzi. Methods With the content of total polysaccharide as the evaluation index,the optimum extraction process of total polysaccharides from Ganshenzi was optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimum process conditions of total polysaccharide of Ganshenzi were soaking 1 h,adding water 10 times,refluxing 2 h,extracting 2 times. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and stable,which can be used for the extraction of total polysac-charides from Ganshenzi.关键词
