高效液相色谱法测定蒙成药五味沙棘颗粒中栀子苷含量
Content Determination of Geniposide in Wuweishaji Granules of Mongolian Patent Medicine by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Wuweishaji Granules. Methods The chromato-graphic column was Thermo scientific ODS-2 Hypersil column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 5％ phosphoric acid,gradient elution,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the temperature was 25 ℃,the sample injection was 20 μL,and the detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results The geniposide showed good linear of 0. 144-1. 44 μg(r=0. 9999),the average recovery rate was 96. 11％,and the RSD was 0. 74％ (n=6). Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of geniposide in Wuweishaji Granules of Mongolian patent medicine.关键词
