摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a qualitative analysis model for Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods Near-infrared diffuse re-flectance spectrophotometry (NIRDRS)was adopted to collect near-infrared spectra (NIRS)of 61 batches of samples from 4 manufac-turers,chemometrics spectral aanalysis software OPUS was adopted to establish the two-layer qualitative model and series confirmed model,and the accuracy and specificity of the model were verified. Results The model had good accuracy and specificity,it can accu-rately identify 21 batches of samples and distinguish 4 structural analogues,counterfeit A enterprise samples and 21 non-structural analogues. Conclusion The model established in this experiment can quickly and accurately identify the authenticity of Benazepril Hydroch1oride Tab1ets,which is suitable for the spot rapid diagnosis of the drug on the drug testing vehicles.关键词
