参麦注射液对气阴两虚型脓毒症患者 肠屏障功能的保护作用
Protective Effect of Shenmai Injection on Intestinal Barrier Function in Septic Patients with Both Qi and Yin Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection on intestinal barrier function of septic patients with both Qi and Yin deficiency type. Methods Totally 82 sepsis patients with both Qi and Yin deficiency type from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the basic treatment group (the control group)and the Shenmai Injection treatment group (the treatment group), 41 cases in each group. The levels of DAO,IFABP and D-Lac in serum were detected at the time of admission to the Department of Emergency and at 3,7 d after admission(D0,D3,D7),and the change of APACHEⅡscore was recorded. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in APACHE Ⅱscore and levels of DAO,IFABP,D-Lac in plasma between the two groups (P > 0. 05). After treatment,the above indicators in the two groups were significantly decreased,the APACHEⅡ scores of treatment group at D3 [ (16. 12 ± 2. 15)points vs. (18. 65 ± 2. 17)points ] ,D7 [ (11. 11 ± 2. 13)points vs. (14. 33 ± 2. 87)points ] were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 05),the plasma IFABP contents in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group at D3 [(55. 11 ± 6. 24)ng/mL vs. (67. 32 ± 5. 87)ng/mL] and D7 [ (9. 37 ± 6. 45) ng/mL vs. (29. 77 ± 5. 39) ng/mL) ] (P < 0. 05),the content of plasma DAO [ (2. 76 ± 0. 75) U/mL vs. (5. 13 ± 1. 08) U/mL ] ,D-Lac [ (1. 10 ± 0. 75) mmol/L vs. (2. 43 ± 1. 17) mmol/L ] of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at D7 (P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin has a positive effect on improving intestinal barrier function in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by sepsis.关键词
