摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Totally 78 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the Western medicine treatment group and the comprehensive treatment group according to different treatment methods,39 cases in each group. The Western medicine treatment group received Pinaverium Bromide Tablets orally,50 mg each time,3 times a day for 2 weeks,on this basis,the comprehensive treat-ment group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with acupuncture. The treatment effect of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,the disappearance time of abdominal distending pain,the recovery time of stool property to normal,the recovery time of bowl evacuation habit to normal,the scores of TCM syndrome,HAMD,HAMA and SF-36 quality of life scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was significant-ly higher than that of the Western medicine treatment group (97. 44％ vs. 79. 49％,P < 0. 05). The disappearance time of abdominal distending pain,the recovery time of stool property to normal,the recovery time of bowl evacuation habit to normal of the comprehensive treatment group was significantly shorter than those of the Western medicine treatment group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,HAMD,HAMA and SF-36 quality of life scale in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly better than those in the Western medicine treatment group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has good clinical effect,it can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the defecation,shorten the course of treatment and improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
