摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for clinical rational application of Iron Sucrose Injection. Methods All of the hospitalized patients used Iron Sucrose Injection were selected from HIS in our hospital from January to December in 2016,the general situation, clinical diagnosis,usage and dosage,precautions and other data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 429 patients,the use of Iron Sucrose Injection was basically rational,among them,the irrational use was not clear in the diagnosis of the anemic types, usage and dosage,selection of the solvent varieties and so on. Conclusion When Iron Sucrose Injection is used in clinic,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of serum iron and serum ferritin,examine and distinguish the anemia types. The drug can only be used in the patients with definite diagnosis of iron-deficiency anemia.关键词
