Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of vitamin D combined with calcium assistant intervention on oxidative stress of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).METHODS:84 patients with PCOS admitted into the North Hospital Affiliated to the General Hospital of Shenyang Military from Mar.2015 to Mar.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy combined with calcium assistant intervention,while the observation group was treated with vitamin D based on the control group.Levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,calcium,superoxide dismutase,lipid peroxide,malonaldehyde,insulin,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups were compared.RESULTS:After treatment,levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,calcium and superoxide dismutase of two groups were significantly higher than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significantly difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,levels of lipid peroxide,malonaldehyde,insulin,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significantly difference (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The combination of vitamin D and calcium assistant intervention can maintain the balance between oxidation and antioxidation of patients with PCOS,control the blood-glucose level and improve oxidative stress,so as to promote clinical efficacy.关键词
