Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To conduct the quality evaluation on 9 batches of Xiaochaihu granules by HPLC fingerprint method.METHODS:The column was Phecda ODS(150 mm ×4.6 rmm,4 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1％ formic acid by gradient elution,the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was set at 276 nm.HPLC fingerprint of 9 batches of Xiaochaihu granules and common peaks were recorded,the common peaks were matched by comparing HPLC of R.bupleuri,P.ternata,S.baicalensis,C.pilosula,liquorice,jujube,and fresh ginger.RESULTS:The HPLC fingerprints of 9 batches of Xiaochaihu granules was similar well,26 common peaks were matched among 35 common peaks.CONCLUSIONS:This method can control quality of Xiaochaihu granules through HPLC fingerprint.关键词
