Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive application and its changing trends of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period in Laiwu Central Hospital Of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital").METHODS:7012 cases with clinical application of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision in our hospital from 2012 to 2016 since the special rectifications were extracted,statistical analysis and evaluation on rationality of drug application were conducted.RESULTS:Surgery and orthopedic operation were the mainly involved departments in 7 012 cases of type Ⅰ incision operation.From 2012 to 2016,indices of preventive application of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision in our hospital tended to rational year by year,the preventive application rate of antibiotics had decreased from 82.93％ (865/1 043) to 29.76％ (539/1 811);the average course of preventive treatment had been shorten from 166.32h to 20.88h;the rationality rate of preventive drug administration time had risen from 69.13％ (598/865) to 97.78％ (527/539);the rationality rate of antibiotics selection had risen from 56.20％ (486/865) to 86.27％ (465/539);after 2014,no preventive drug combination in type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period was found in our hospital.CONCLUSIONS:The irrational preventive application of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period in our hospital has been preliminarily improved,the rationality of preventive medication had been promoted significantly,while there are still some problems need to be solved.关键词
