基于ERP探讨头针不同区域治疗脑卒中瘫痪的特异性研究
Specificity Study of Scalp Acupuncture on Different Areas for Stroke Paralysis Based on ERP

Abstract
Objective:To extract movement-related cortical potentials(MRCPs) in event-related brain potential(ERP) by designing movement-related task events,thereby to observe the difference of scalp acupuncture between the middle 2/5 of vertex-temporal anterior oblique line and lateral line 1 of forehead for patients suffering from stroke paralysis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with scalp acupuncture on the middle 2/5 of vertex-temporal anterior oblique line of contralateral paralysis;whereas,group B was treated with scalp acupuncture on lateral line 1 of forehead of contralateral paralysis.ERP detection was taken before scalp-acupuncture intervention and 10 minutes after scalp-acupuncture.After all experiments,MRCPs wave was extracted from ERP.The amplitude and incubation of cerebral movement potential N2 of contralateral-hemiplegia were mainly observed.In the meanwhile,MRCPs of 25 healthy persons were taken as comparison.Results:There were no statistical differences between the two groups in terms of N2 amplitudes and its incubation before scalp-acupuncture intervention(P > 0.05);however,the amplitudes were heightened compared to those of healthy persons (P <0.05),and the incubation were longer than those of healthy persons(P <0.05).After scalp-acupuncture intervention,the N2 amplitudes in group A were lowered (P < 0.05),which were significantly lower than those of group B (P < 0.05);the incubation were shortened in group A (P < 0.05).The N2 amplitudes in Group B had no significant changes after the intervention(P >0.05),but the incubation were shortened as well in group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture on the middle 2/5 of vertex-temporal anterior oblique line could immediately enhance the movement function of contralateral-hemiplegia limbs and shorten the movement preparation time;whereas,acupuncture on lateral line 1 of forehead just could immediately shorten the movement preparation time.Scalp acupuncture on different areas dominated by the same nerve leads to different curative effects,which mechanism may be related to direct stimulation in the corresponding cortical areas.关键词
