针刺治疗对癫痫间歇期脑电图背景的影响
EEG Background during Epileptic Intermission Influenced by Acupuncture Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of EEG background by the treatment of acupuncture for epilepsy patients during interictal stage.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given EEG-guided scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture.The control group was only treated with western medicine.Clinical curative effect was evaluated after the treatment,and the changes of absolute band power (ABP) of α,β,θ and δ were observed before and after treatment according to EEG and brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM).Results:The acupuncture treatment group could significantly decreased the ABP of α1,α2,β2,θ,and δ in the focal zone and its surrounding areas (P ＜ 0.05);and it increased the ABP of α1,52 in uninjured brain regions and decreased the ABP of β2,θ and δ (P ＜ 0.05);there were statistically significant differences compared to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has definite effect on treating epilepsy,which is possibly related to improving EEG power spectra and basic frequency,and stabilizes EEG background.关键词
