Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and EGG changes of functional dyspepsia (FD) treated by acupuncture combined with medicine,providing the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for FD in Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the western medicine group (group A) and the acupuncture combined with western medicine group (group B).Clinical efficacy,symptom scores,scores of life quality,and frequency and amplitude of gastric electrical activity were observed before and after the treatment in the same group and between the two groups.Results:The total efficacy of group A was 77.78％,compared to 93.33％ of group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).After the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were both decreased,scores of life quality were improved,and the amplitude and frequency of gastric electrical activity were increased,the differences were all statistically significant(P ＜0.05);for which group B was superior to group A.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with western medicine showed remarkable curative effect on treating functional dyspepsia.It can significantly relieve symptoms,regulate gastrointestinal disorders,and improve life quality and gastrointestinal motility.关键词
