推拿结合针刺治疗痉挛性构音障碍的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Massage Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Spastic Dysarthria

Abstract
Objective:To compare the curative effect between acupuncture combined with massage and simple acupuncture in the treatment of spasmodic dysarthria,thus to confirm the therapeutic effect of massage for spasmodic dysarthria.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture combined with massage group (the combination group) and the simple acupuncture group.Points of Lianquan,Wai Jinjin Yuye,Tunyan,Fayin,and Tiyan were used for the acupuncture.On this basis,the combination group was also given massage on points of Lianquan,Tunyan,Fayin,Renying,Futu,Tiantu.Results:There were significant differences between before the treatment and after the treatment in terms of the rating scale of Frenchay dysarthria (t =1.53,1.64,P ＜ 0.05),and the combination group was superior to the simple acupuncture group (t =11.35,P ＜ 0.05).There were also significant differences in terms of GRBAS score between the two groups before and after the treatment (t =1.22,1.15,P ＜ 0.05),and the combination group was significantly higher than the simple acupuncture group(z =-0.13,P ＜ 0.05).On the aspect of the curative effect,the simple acupuncture group was 83.3％ (60 cases,21 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 10 cases were invalid),compared to 96.7％ of the combination group(60 cases,35 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid),with a significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with massage has better effect than simple acupuncture for spasmodic dysarthria.关键词
