Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and special superiority about the therapy of Jingu needling combined with cupping for lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:135 LDH patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n =68) and the control group (n =67);the treatment group was treated with the therapy of Jingu needling combined with cupping(once per week,three times in total);the control group was intervened by traditional acupuncture(once per day,five times per week,four weeks in total),and follow-up visit was carried out in the two groups after two months.Pain rating index,visual analogue scale,and present pain intensity were observed before and after treatment to compare the efficacy difference between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and cure rate were 97.06％ and 76.47％ respectively in the treatment group,which were better than 82.09％ and 55.22％ in the control group(P ＜0.05);and all indicators were lower after the treatment (P ＜ 0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jingu needling combined with cupping was superior to traditional acupuncture in the treatment of LDH with long-term good effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
