Abstract
Objective:To compare the difference of clinical efficacy between filiform fire-needling and warm -needling moxibustion on plantar fasciitis,so as to offer the better therapy for this kind of disease.Methods:70 patients were randomized into the filiform fire-needling group and the warm-needling moxibustion group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment was once every other day for five sessions.The NRS pain scores,the thickness of plantar fascia were observed between the two groups before and after the treatment,and clinical efficacy were also compared at the same time.Results:After treatment,NRS pain scores were all improved significantly in the two groups(P ＜0.01),in which the filiform fire-needling group was superior to the warm-needling moxibustion group(P ＜ 0.05).In terms of the improvement of thickness of plantar fascia,the filiform fire-needling group was better than the warm-needling moxibustion group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 97.1％ in the filiform fire-needling group,which was significantly higher than 82.9％ in the warm-needling moxibustion group(P ＜0.05).Clinical cure rate was 42.9％ in the filiform fire-needling group,which was also significantly higher than 20％ in the warm-needling moxibustion group(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Filiform fire-needling at the tendon joint point can relieve pain quickly for the patients suffering from plantar fasciitis and improve clinical cure rate.关键词
