《世医得效方》灸法学术思想浅析
Brief Analysis of Academic Thought about Moxibustion Therapy Recorded in the Book of Effective Formulae Handed Down for Generations
摘要
Abstract
It took ten years for WEI Yi-lin to write the book,Effective Formulae Handed Down for Generations (Shiyi Dexiao Fang) on the basis of ancient and inherited formula.it demonstrated moxibustion therapy in details,with following features:it paid more attention to moxibustion than acupuncture;extra points and points of Ren meridian were mainly used;in terms of the treatment principle of moxibustion,it strictly keep to the proper order of moxibustion,and the amount of moxibustion was decided according to the patient's condition;for treating emergency,less points were used with outstanding effect;nursing care was taken seriously after moxibustion to prevent infection.Moxibustion therapy was applied to internal and external medicine,gynaecology and paediattics by WEI Yi-lin,it expanded disease range treated by moxibustion,which laid a solid foundation for moxibustion therapy in Chinese medicine.关键词
