C、B、Hf在镍基高温合金中作用的研究进展
The Research Progress of the Role of C, B and Hf inNickel-Based Superalloy
摘要
Abstract
Superalloys have been widely used to aerospace area because of improved strength and stable microstructure. Additions of refractory elements and precious metal elements make the cost increase significantly, and the casting defects increased significantly with the development of superalloy. In recent years, the research show that addition of C, B and Hf can strengthen the grain boundary, improve the yield of casting products and stability, reduce the production cost. The effects of B, C and Hf on the superalloy were summarized. The influence of C, B and Hf on solidification characteristics, solidifying structure and mechanical properties were reviewed.关键词
