摘要

Abstract

The characteristics, technical requirements and casting difficulties of 7MW main frame for wind power were summarized. The production key control technology of 7MW main frame for wind power was introduced from the two aspects of casting and melting technology, especially for core support during molding, casting wall thickness control and spheroidizing, inoculation technology during melting and pouring. The production difficulties were solved through these key technologies control and castings meet the quality requirements finally. It can provide some experience for large wind power casting production.
