摘要

Abstract

We contrasted the chemical compositions and physical parameters of silica sand and ceramic sand. The influence of ceramic sand on grey iron casting cooling process was analyzed by the simulation of MAGMA software. The actual production shows that ceramic sand can affect the casting quality. The key processes should be controlled during producing grey iron casting.
