不同外源激素处理对长白松种子发芽能力的影响
Effects of Different Exogenous Hormones on Seed Germination Ability of Pinus sylvestris

Abstract
Seeds of Pinus syluestriformis were pretreated by soaking for 1,2 h with BA,NAA,GA3 at different concentration gradients. Taking the seeds to soak in water for 2 h as a reference,the germinating status of Pinus syluestriformis seeds after pretreatment were analyzed with experiment. The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of Pinus syluestriformis seeds were significantly improved after different exogenous hormone treatment. Among them,the germination result of seeds soaked with IBA of 100 mg/L was the best,with the seed germination rate of 53. 66%,the germination potential of 12. 33%,and the germination index of 38. 15.关键词
