银屑病TNF-α及c-myc表达的变化及意义
Change and Significance of Expression of TNF-alpha and c-myc in Psoriasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the immune mechanism of psoriasis and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis and new drug research. Method Using cell culture technology to train HaCaT cells,and then the expression of TNF-alpha and c-myc in peripheral blood of psoriasis and the expression of the c-myc inthe HaCaT cells of psoriasis were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with normal control group,psoriasis group in peripheral blood serum TNF-alpha and c-myc level increased significantly (P<0 . 01 );The concentration of 80 ng/mL high TNF-alpha can stimulate HaCaT cells secrete c-myc protein,comparison between groups, significant difference (P<0 . 01 ). Conclusion TNF-alpha plays an important role in the process of development by influencing the c-myc secretion in patients with psoriasis,but the specific mechanism remains to be further research.关键词
