摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the quality of Unibract Fritillary Bulb in different regions. Method The 24 samples of Unibract Fritillary Bulb from 3 cities of China were identified by PCR kit assay and Pharmacopoeia method. Results In the 24 batch of samples of Unibract Fritillary Bulb,there are 18 batch of counterfeit products and 6 batch of genuine,with the pass rate of 25%. In addition,the identification results of the kit assay and the Pharmacopoeia method were the same. Conclusion At present,the quality of commercially available Unibract Fritillary Bulb is not optimistic. The DNA fingerprint identification method is simple and feasible, therefore,the results provide a basis for the further quality control of Chinese herbal medicine.
