Molecular Pathogenesis Basis of Human Osteosarcoma and Potential Targets for Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Osteosarcoma,with high migration and poor prognosis,is one of the most common primary malignant bone tumors. For the disease mechanism of molecular biology level studies have advanced,the cause can be divided into three directions:osteogenesis differentiation defect,abnormal expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,and abnormal signal path. This paper briefly describes the gene,protein,cell factor, inflammatory cytokines,receptors and so on with abnormal activities related to the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma,which can be the potential therapeutic target.关键词
