摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Method The serum samples were collected from 20 cases of chronic superficial gastritis,20 precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and 38 gastric cancer. Flow cytometry was used to test the level of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets and analyze the expression of T-lymphocyte subsets in different TNM staging,different pathological type and with or without metastasis of lymph nodes in the patients with gastric cancer. Results With the gradual progress of stomach diseases from chronic superficial gastritis (CSG ), precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC )to gastric cancer (GC ),the increase of TNM staging and the metastasis of gastric cancer to lymph nodes,the expression of CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood was gradually reduced,and CD8+ and CD25+ T lymphocytes gradually increased. Conclusion The expression of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets has a close relationship with the progress of gastric cancer,which can offer the research basis of early diagnosis and immunological treatment of gastric cancer.关键词
