干扰素-γ受体及白细胞介素与慢性HBV感染相关性分析
Analysis on the Correlation between Interferon Gamma Receptor,Interleukin and Chronic HBV Infection

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the levels of interferon gamma receptor and interleukin and chronic HBV infection,and to explore a new method to improve chronic HBV infection. Method 102 patients with chronic HBV infection were grouped according to their clinical manifestations, including infection group (20 cases),hepatitis group (36 cases)and hepatocirrhosis group (46 cases). At the same period,34 healthy people were enrolled as the control group (34)cases. The levels of IL-4,IL-12 and IFN-γ and some serum function indexes were compared among different groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS21. 0 software. Results The levels of IL-4,IL-12 and IFN-γin the infection group,hepatitis group and hepatocirrhosis group were statistically significant higher than those of the control group (P<0 . 05 ). The IFN-γ/IL-4 level of the control group was significantly higher than that of the other 3 groups (P<0 . 05 );IFN-γ /IL-4 levels of the infection group and hepatocirrhosis group were significantly lower than that of the hepatitis group (P<0 . 05 );ALT values of the three study groups were obviously higher than that of control group (P<0 . 05 );ALB concentration decreased with the severity of liver damage increase,therefore,the concentrations of ALB in hepatitis group and cirrhosis group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0 . 05 ). The concentration of TBIL increased with the aggravation of liver injury,and the differences of TBIL concentration among the groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion By monitoring the levels of certain cytokines of HBV,the occurrence,development and prognosis of HBV infection can be mastered.关键词
