摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment of adenomyotic cyst. Method The clinical characteristics of adenomyotic cyst was clarified by summarizing the patient's medical report and referring to the documents. Results Adenomyotic cyst is a large cyst,which is filled with blood and endometriotic tissues,exists in the muscular wall of the uterus. The intraoperative findings and postoperative pathology can be used for clear diagnose. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of adenomyotic cyst and adenomyosis are similar. However,only few cases were reported in the literatures,so clinicians easily misdiagnosed it. Clinicians should improve cognition of this disease.关键词
