李东垣《兰室秘藏》妇科学术思想与用方用药探析
Discussion on LI Dongyuan' s gynecology academic thought and clinical practice of Lanshi Micang
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the academic ideology of gynecology mentioned by LI Dongyuan in Lanshi Micang. LI discussed amenorrhea, metrostaxis, morbid leukorrhea and other diseases women prone to suffer. He believed that tonifying qi and nourishing blood, clearing deficiency fire should be used to treat amenorrhea, while treating metrostaxis should tonify the stomach and spleen, lift qi and blood with the other theories and treatments, made up a distinct personal characteristics of gynecological treatment model. Statistical analysis of the used herbs as well as their meridian tropism in the book shows that the most of herbs were the component of Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing decoction which reveals the importance of stomach and spleen and the guidance of his academic thoughts for treating gynecological diseases.关键词
