腰椎间盘突出症患者的中医集束化护理研究
Traditional Chinese medicine bundle nursing care of patients with lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effect of traditional Chinese medicine bundle nursing care of patients withlumbar disc herniation. Methods 58 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given routine nursing only, the observation group guided by the theory of care bundle, received routine nursing and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing, such as the traditional Chinese medicine ironing, the balance cupping, the seed-embedding at otopoints and so on. Compare the two groups with the information of the patients' recovery and the nursing satisfaction. Results The condition recovery and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation, the bundle nursing care is an effective nursing method.关键词
